The service
Butterfly monitors what public AI assistants say about brands, scores it, drafts corrections and verifies results. We cannot control or guarantee what any third-party model outputs; we make the truth easier to retrieve and measure honestly whether answers changed.
Free scan
The free scan is provided as-is, once per brand, for evaluation. We may decline scans for brands we cannot verify you represent.
Paid plans
Monthly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Annual plans are billed up front. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Your content
You keep ownership of your Brand Truth file, briefs, scores and any artifacts Butterfly produces for you. You grant us the right to process them to deliver the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of facts you approve.
Acceptable use
Do not use Butterfly to misrepresent products, to attack competitors with false claims, or to publish content you do not have the right to publish. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Butterfly's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. Governing law: British Columbia, Canada.
